Pujari's Dharma Talks

Pujari (Ed) Keays, has been a vipassana meditation teacher since 1977. He has studied and received training from various dharma teachers including Joseph Goldstein and Sayadaw U Pandita. He studied yoga intensively in India with B.K.S. Iyengar, and is a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. He founded and directed the Yoga Institute (now Full Circle Yoga) in San Diego in 1972, and in 1984, he and his wife, Abhilasha, founded The Last Resort retreat center on a secluded mountainside in Utah.
